Chicken stew... spanish pollo.. i forgot...?

im prego and have a craving for chicken stew but its been a while since i made it... in spanish its called.... well sounds spelled like pollo-gee-sow? haha... u know what i mean... well its thick and has a lot of potatoes and chicken and u serve it with rice and i need a reminder of how to make it! someone help me pls... this is the only think ill eat today lol... im not craving anything else!
