earlier i asked a question about liquid iodine and if it could be helpful or harmful well i just didnt get the kind of answer i wanted so i figured i would try again a little differently so let me run by the contents of liquid iodine and keep in mind i m using a small amount only a few drops liquid iodine = potium iodide, atlantic macrosystis pyrifera,sea kelp,and lastly sodium benzoate!
