Will the back pain go away after he's born?

I have had back problems my whole life, I have had a King sized bed fall directly on my backside when I was five, it was so painful and left my back in bad condition(I think because I didn't get to go to DRs after). It got worse over time, but nothing extreme. But now that I am pregnant, I feel like my back is curving more, and I have this pain in the middle of my spine I never had before. I am hopeful it will go away after I have my son, do you think it will?
