How do I contact China EMS or UGG Australia (forugg.com)?

I ordered something from the forugg website and the "shipped" it through China EMS but the last time it was tracked was still in China and I still have not received my package and it is LONG OVERDUE so I NEED TO CONTACT THEM ASAP FROM AMERICA. Please do not leave me the website and numbers on the site because they do not work and I have already tried these. If YOU HAVE CONTACTED THEM AND KNOW HOW I CAN PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!
