What antivirus is the overall best antivirus?

Since there are many things that define an antivirus, it is not really possible to ask what antivirus is the best antivirus. What I want to get is two ratings for an antivirus, detection (1-10) and footprint (1-10) with higher numbers meaning smaller footprints. I would like the top three antiviruses. Which antiviruses have the overall best detections and smallest footprints?
