Which Def should I play for week 1 opener?

I have Philly and Indy DEF. Philly is at Carolina and Indy plays home against the Jags. I currently have Indy as the week 1 def team mainly because they are home, the crowds will be in it from the coin toss and indy just plays well at home. I know MJD is on a mission but he's kinda injured right now (bruised shin) and I think Manning will stay on the field a lot, moving the chains. But I don't know because Philly is also tough defensively. What do you guys think? Please help me out thanks
