Tryin to lose 2 3 pounds?

Remove all sweets from your home. I actually keep protein bars on hand in case I crave sweets, because they're covered in chocolate, but they're also healthy and SOOO filling! So I can't eat much before I'm just like, ok, I'm done! Also, just eat 1 - 2 meals a day and drink milk the rest of the day if you get hungry. Chocolate milk would even work. I lost 38 pounds that way!
