going back a few years ago when i was pregnant with my daughter i used to get sore a week before AF was due but the month i found out i was pregnant it was just a slight pain in my left and not the right one, so to answer your question you dont have to have normal pms symptoms to be pregnant you can have the opposite to what your normally experience before AF
