Company Name Conflict in New York State! What are my options? See details....?

I have a company I started and registered in PA called "ABC, LLC" (not real name.) I tried to apply for "Foreign Qualification" so I could do business in New York state, but apparently there is already a company registered in NYS called "ABC Inc." What are my options? Thanks.
